Architects and designers working with corporate clients often specify the tables used for conference and board rooms.
For a custom project, these tables can become an important design element for the entire project.
The addition of requirements for connectivity and cable management can make the specifications more complex than one might realize at the outset.
Join us for a lunchtime presentation by Patrick Glynn of Patrick Glynn Ltd.
Mr. Glynn will provide you with a set of sound guidelines for the design and specification of boardroom and conference tables.
He will compare and contrast the elements of traditional and contemporary tables.
You will also learn how to handle audio/visual wiring and cabling for equipment required in business meetings.
In additions to slides, Mr. Glynn is bringing examples of fine veneers, turnings, inlays, edging, brass and tooling, among others.
This will be an interactive program, adapted to the experiences and needs of the audience, with time for a detailed question and answer period.
