For those of you who applied to the Mount Internship in Paris, France, there has been a correction made to the original application. An incorrect zip code was listed for the address to mail to. They have still received submissions as all the rest of the information is correct, but just to be sure, the correct zip code is 10538. Harrington has been made aware of an opportunity for an internship abroad in Paris. Edith Wharton’s estate in the Berkshires, The Mount, has announced that the 2010 Salute to French Design (in which leading French interior designers will design various rooms in the estate) will be showcasing next summer. Designers include Andrée Putman, Tristan Auer, Elliott Barnes, Michel and Daniel Bismut, Maxime d’Angeac and Nicole Zaech, Olivier Lempereur, Michael McKinnon, Leiko Oshima, and Antonio Virga.
One student will be paired with each designer on location in Paris, during this coming Spring semester of 2010. In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be currently enrolled in or have passed ID III.
